I have been so bad about posting new recipes!! Now that I have family not
feeling well, I plan to make them dinner today, SO that being said, following
this post, I will post a recipe for Chicken and Rice. Something GOOD and hearty.
Also I am still in search of the “Perfect” Chocolate Chip Cookie, which, I am
going to be testing yet another recipe for that! Yummmm Cookies &
Espresso…makes me HAPPY! Be BLESSED!
I “LOVE” Apples, Apple Pie, Apple cake, apples & peanut butter~ You get the picture . SO I came up with this “SIMPLE” Apple Dump Cake.
2 Cans Apple Pie Filling
1 Box Spice Cake Mix
1 Stick Melted butter
Preheat oven to 350* Degrees. Spray a 9 X 13 Pan with a non stick spray. Line the bottom of the pan with both cans of Apple pie filling. Sprinkle on topĀ  evenly the Spice Cake Mix. Melt the stick of butter and drizzle over all the top. Bake @ 350* for about 40 minutes…until you can see the top where the butter is, is golden.
This is DELISHhhhhhhhhhhh. It is not a really sweet desert. You can taste the apples and all the spices from the cake!!
NOTE: You can add 1 cup of pecans or any nut of your choice, ON TOP of Apple Pie filling!
