2 cups self rising flour
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 jars baby food (4 3/4 oz. ea.)
Mix wet ingredients, then add dry.  Generously grease, then flour bundt pan.  Pour in batter.  Bake at 325 degrees for about one hour.
Once cools sprinkle sifted powdered sugar on top! Betcha can’t eat just one piece!
Mom always used “plum” baby food, but I can hardly find it anymore! SO I have resorted to peach or apricot, which she used some.
Very simple, very moist…AND oh so good!
